Our core competence lies in the automation of battery and electrical test benches for the automotive and semiconductor industries. The testing systems carry out durability and reliability tests, hardware in the loop test (HiL) and in circuit tests using real-time controllers.
Our trained developers possess sound knowledge of working with a diverse range of battery cyclers, climatic chambers, precision multimeters and power supplies as well as a wide range of communication protocols (CAN, XNET, XCP, VISA, Ethernet), data logging and much more.
Prototype Development and Construction
Our technicians are also specialists in the area of prototype development as well as in prototype construction (plants, robots, etc.). This includes concept creation as well as requirement specifications, electronics development (using Eagle for example), integration of actuators and sensors, the development of associated software and professional commissioning of ready-to-use prototypes at the customer’s site.
Plant Automation
In addition, our automation engineers are always available to automate or commission plants and production lines both nationally and internationally.
Computer Vision
As well as hardware-related programming, our experts also support our customers in the fields of computer vision and artificial intelligence (AI). This involves enabling image analyzes and image data processing through object-oriented programming in order to generate important information and derivations.
